A new health expectancy classification system

چکیده
In such an analysis we would not only determine for each age the probability of survival, but also the subsidiary probabilities of those surviving on the basis of their functional effectiveness. This would range from individuals who are completely dependent on others, even for carrying on their daily living activities, to those fully equipped to carry on with no apparent handicaps all the functions characteristic of their age and sex (Sanders 1964).
